F1 Triumph, 2019

Dmitry Kotlyarov used to paint Orthodox churches and icons. His first solo show was held at the Kovalenko Art Museum. His works incorporate academic forms of experience passing, which allows the artist to enhance the expressive and formal impact of his own statements, as well as to communicate with his contemporaries and with the eternity using the language of realism. Realistic, real-size objects in the dynamic composition create a bursting impulse, cheerful and forceful. Following the principles of realism, the artist captures time and motion — omnipresent and befitting the title, Triumph.
