Expectation, 2020

In his signature style, artist Walter Limo combines reality and surrealistic motifs, which, however, do not interfere with each other, but instead contribute to the main plot. In childhood, many things are unknown and seem somehow mystical and magical. The world is constantly changing; even a harmless switch can turn off the light and release monsters, which hide in the dark corners of the apartment. The unknown is both frightening and alluring. The imagination, saturated with expectations, paints incredible pictures. Life is full of unsolved mysteries.
